The factory is headed by Sr. Vice President (Works). Under him a group of highly qualified and motivated executives with their team work to manufacture high quality pharmaceutical specialities.

Our unit is an ISO 9002 certified unit.

 

The Ghaziabad unit established in 1981, spans a total area of 20435.00 sq. mtrs and a covered area of 7367.28 sq. mtrs. (GF) and 6398.42 sq. mtrs. (FF) respectively.
The company has introduced intravenous fluid section in glass bottles and polythene containers from 1981 and 1985 onwards. Manufacturing of Soft Gelatin capsules and hard gelatin capsules have started from 1988 onwards.
Special solutions like amino acid intravenous infusion were introduced in the year 1987 in collaboration with Morishita Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a sister concern of world famous Ajino Moto Co., Inc., Japan

For the first time in India in 1985, intravenous fluids in polyethylene container were introduced with Rommelag bottle pack machine model BP 302. Intravenous fluids manufactured by us are :

Common Intravenous solutions : D5%, D10%, DNS, NS, Ringer Lactate, Multielectrolytes, Mannitol 20%
Ciprofloxacin I.V.
Metronidazole I.V.
Our sterilization process is based on very special features and principle of "Super Heated Water Spray System" is followed by which heating and temperature control is precisely monitored and recorded.
We produce distilled water from multi column distillation units which is imported from Stilmas Italy.
We have introduced latest filtration technology by cartridge filtration system with various combinations of pore sizes ranging from 1.2m to 0.22m absolute to achieve superior class I.V. fluids.
Soft gelatin capsules, with nutritional products of Vitamins and Haematinics are manufactured with the help of a Form Fill Seal machine readily available in our factory.

Rifampicin, Ampicillin Cloxacillin Amoxycillin
Multivitamin capsules
Timed release capsules of Ferrous Sulphate, Zinc Sulphate with Folic Acid in Pellets
Amino Acids with vitamins in pellets
Antiulcerative drugs like Siozole (Omeprazole Capsules) in Enteric coated form
Antidepressent Drugs – like Fluxal – Fluoxetin HCl capsules
